PRINCE2 is an acronym for Projects IN
Controlled Environments developed in the United Kingdom as a process-based
solution for effective project management, and was used mainly by the
Government of the United Kingdom.

Currently, PRINCE2 is used in many
sections of the private sector in the United Kingdom and other countries
because the project management method is in the public domain, and provides users
with excellent solutions to control resources, manage project and business risk
very effectively. There are many certified Indian institutions offering PRINCE2
training programs but it helps to pick one that offers a case study approach
where industry best practices are discussed.
Responsibilities
The main training provides
participants with solutions on how to manage projects as well as how to work in
an environment which makes use of a recognized project management method. It

management and the team. Participants are made aware of their individual roles

the Foundation and Practitioner levels of certification. The Prince2 certification cost in India is
affordable and the course is open to all, but would be most useful to project
consultants, managers and key staff involved in working in a project
environment.
